My Fit Bump App

OK so I keep talking about the My Fit Bump App but some of you are still asking what exactly it’s all about.

What is it?

In a nutshell, I have teamed up with Heather from Dumbbell Blonde to create a 30-week fitness program catered to pregnant women. The app includes 40+ workouts (24 different strength workouts and 20 different yoga sessions) that change and progress while you move through your pregnancy.  

With Heather’s background as a trainer & 2 time momma and my background as a yoga instructor experiencing pregnancy for the first time, we designed a program that we would want to do based on what we believe was the most beneficial for us from a health and fitness perspective during our pregnancies.

The strength exercises are designed to take 20-30 minutes and can be done at home with just a few small pieces of equipment or can be done in the gym following simple exercises and short demo videos. The fully guided video yoga sessions are each about 20 minutes and focus on different parts of the body while adapting throughout the 30 weeks based on what your body is capable of.
